Expanding Floss: Unravel a small length of floss, about 12-16 inches—or enough to wrap twice around both individual index fingers. Slide the floss gently between your teeth, careful not to run into your gums. The floss will expand once rubbed across the edges of your teeth and will expand to effectively clear any food debris.
Coconut Oil Toothpaste: Apply a small dab of Dr. Ginger’s Coconut Oil Toothpaste to the bristles of your toothbrush, then brush your teeth in a gentle circular motion for 2 minutes to get the best results.
Coconut Oil Mouthwash: Take a small sip, about a capful or more, and swish around your mouth for 2 minutes and spit. You do not need to constantly swish the entire 2 minutes to get the benefits.
